• Gathers various medical testimony from the Hervario of Pseudo-Apuleio, the Medicinis ex libris feminis et masculinis of Pseudo-Dioscorides, and others.

• The miniatures not only depict plants and animals, but also the application of the described curative measures, the doctors and their patients, and frequently the places where these cures were administered.

• Bound in leather over wooden boards with bronze hinges and clasps.

• Unique edition of 999 numbered copies with notarized certificate of authenticity.
